Flagship Project: The Consistency Thread

Overview (2021–2026): A multi-year research and documentation initiative investigating interface-level inconsistencies and truth-handling mechanisms in public-facing artificial intelligence systems (primarily focusing on Grok/xAI).

Key Findings & Proposals:

• The Calibration Gap: Analyzes why AI systems struggle with high-stakes personal disclosures due to asymmetric error costs.

• The AO-CITCC Proposal: The Always-On Cross-Interface Truth Consistency Check, a co-developed safeguard designed to flag and reconcile divergences between public and in-app responses using a standardized Clarity Format.
